Customer Service Team Member
About this job
You will ensure all customer queries are being taken into account, work on the point of sale checkouts, as well as assist in customers’ orders, returns and other functions as required.
This role is front-end and customer facing, it requires you to bring an intermediate level of computer literacy and would suit someone with a passion for customer service.
An ideal candidate will have:
strong attention to detail excellent communication skills a passion for customer service excellence a quick and alert mind for problem solving, multitasking and organising an ability to adapt and be flexible a willingness to learn with a can-do attitude flexibility of potentially more available hours Customer service and cash handling experience is preferred
