North Dunedin based hotel is seeking a full time Food and Beverage attendant/ Front of House person. The restaurant and bar is open for breakfast, functions and dinner so shift work is required with either early start, late shifts over a 7 day roster which includes weekends. You will provide a professional yet friendly approach to our customers. You will have a willingness to work within a team environment and have a strong desire to help us reach our service and delivery goals. About you: •Genuine, personable, fun, dynamic, driven • Experienced in a busy, fast paced bar/restaurant •Positive, flexible, confident, high achiever •Reliable & great personal presentation •At least 1 year experience in hospitality Successful candidate should have the following attributes: •Have a mature, professional, and confident approach to your work •Understanding of FOH service sequences • Good level of bar experience with creative energy •

Job Requirements
