The ideal applicant should have passion for food, flexible between pass and grill and bring ideas to the plate and should be able to work cleanly and efficiently. Some of the Job duties includes: Managing day to day operations of the kitchen Running the grill and cooking menu items Ordering from suppliers Managing kitchen team and training Quality control of all products and prep Menu Development - with Head Chef
Must have great personal hygiene, as well as punctuality and be a trustworthy player in the team. Should be accountable on board with HAACP and health and safety standards. Good character and team player is must. Minimum of 2 -3 years experience in a commercial kitchen is required
