Barista Supervisors
About this job
We are looking for 2 new Barista Supervisors to join our team. In this role you will be required to be a key-holder for opening and closing procedures, attend to customer needs, resolve customer complaints and improve customer experience, assist our guests with their dessert orders, prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with guests needs, high quality customer service, work with management to train and monitor sanitation and food handling, follow health and safety guidelines, maintain a clean and tidy work area.
Job Requirements
Candidates must have relevant experience in the same field/similar position of at least 2 years, should have knowledge of how to make all types of hot and cold beverages, ability to work well within a team, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work early hours and late nights on all days of the roster
- Days of work
- Monday to Sunday rostered shifts 7am - 5pm and 12pm - 10pm (35 hours per week)

- $28 - $30 per hour
