Hairdressing Apprenticeship

Join our salon in Dargaville as an apprentice to learn the art and science of hairdressing! This hands-on position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced stylists, gain practical skills, and develop a strong foundation in the hairdressing industry.

Responsibilities: Assist senior stylist in various salon tasks including shampoo and conditioning, and preparing clients for services. Learn and practice basic cutting, coloring, and styling techniques under supervision. Engage with clients, understand their needs, and assist in delivering exceptional service. Maintain salon cleanliness, sanitation, and sterilizing standards whilst keeping a tidy work area. Complete training as required and stay updated on industry trends. We are looking for someone who will fit in well with the team, who wants to commit to the salon long-term, and have a passion for the beauty and hairdressing industry.
