Fish Packers and Knifehands - Bluff

We are seeking both experienced and keen to learn workers to join our Salmon processing team in Bluff for permanent employment. Duties include but are not limited to - Knife work: primary processing gill and gut removal - Knife work: de-heading, fillet, and portion trimming - General factory tasks (making ice slurries, washing bins, packing) Most jobs work in rotation and we require flexible people to work wherever needed. We have permanent and fixed-term roles (Nov – Feb) available. All roles are full time, but we can consider part-time. Working days: Monday - Friday Hours of Work: 7.00am - 3.30pm plus overtime when required. Our workers enjoy teamwork with everyone working together in a whanau-type environment. We love to have a laugh at the same time. Pay Rate depending on experience. Pre-employment drug testing is mandatory as well a medical assessment. Convictions on a case by case basis.
