A busy Hotel in Mt Wellington is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to server both their busy hotel guests, as well as the public. They offer buffet, a la carte dining, bar meals and room service. Successful candidate is someone who: •enjoys leading a team to delight our customers •works well under pressure •focuses on maintaining high standards within the hotel •is mature, reliable, organised, well presented •is able to work a rotating roster (day and evening shifts, including weekends) The role is primarily based at their 'Wellingtons' restaurant and bar, but flexibility to support their banquets team is needed (both onsite and at locations in Panmure & High brook), so you will need to have your own transport.
Job Requirements
•Must be available for roster shift •Must have some experience as Food and Beverage Supervisor •Must be able to stand for long periods and do some manual handling. •Have own transport with full licence.
•Having an LCQ licence will be an added advantage.
