Pastoral Care and Safety Coordinator

The role of the pastoral care and H&S coordinator will play an integral role in leading our health and safety culture, engaging with our managers and staff to ensure safety is a natural part of what we do.
The H&S activities involve developing policies, systems, and ensuring they are implemented, demonstrated, and supported throughout all aspects of our business.
The pastoral care role involves responsibility for the pastoral care assistant, cleaners, and company accommodation. Liaising with external contractors, including building maintenance and gardening services, will also be required
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills - Ability to manage a diverse workload and deliver high-quality outcomes - Strong problem resolution and decision-making skills - Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural issues and concerns. - Flexibility of work hours, some on call weekends, early morning and after-hour meetings are required.

- Hours flexible to accommodate pastoral care duties outside of regular business hours, some on-call weekends. (30 hours per week)
