WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A fully qualified Agriculture Heavy Diesel Mechanic with experience in the maintenance and repair of CASE IH / New Holland Tractors (or the equivalent) and other general agricultural machinery. - Fully qualified Heavy Diesel mechanics from other industries (such as construction, heavy vehicle) who have a passion to learn about agricultural machinery will also be considered Someone with the ability to communicate well with hardworking farmers and your co-workers You need you have confidence in your mechanical ability but also have the courage to ask for help when you need it! They are focused on getting it right for the client in the most efficient way as their downtime is costing them money so everyone must work as a team!
