Senior Office Administrator
About this job
Day to day will involve executive support to the senior leadership team, coordinating business/financial planning and closely working with a small administration support team. Your great customer service focus, communication skills and ability to build productive relationships with a range of people will also contribute to your success. With strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment you will ensure the smooth operation of the teams’ day-to-day activities. A typical day will encompass a wide range of administrative functions including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and providing essential support to the internal team and external clients. Based in Levin, Horowhenua and reporting to the General Manager you will join a team on the rise. Boasting 60+ staff, this is an opportunity to contribute and be a part of exciting team. We need someone in this role who has experience in financial management, resource management/planning, as well as the ability to define and undertake process improvements and work programmes. You'll be an experienced individual, skilled at creating and maintaining a positive culture and leading the team to achieve successful results. Candidates must have the ability to pass a drug and security check.
