Customer Service Officer

Your responsibilities would include: * Providing hands-on, front-line customer service to the travelling public * Fostering relationships with stakeholders * Supporting other employees, monitoring systems, conducting inspections and ensuring health and safety requirements are met *Undertaking cleaning duties if required
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you would need to have: * Front-line customer service experience * Proficiency in using computers and tools such as Microsoft Office * Flexibility to work in a 7-day rostered morning, afternoon and evening shift environment, including weekends. * Commitment to maintaining a high standard of service and safety.
