Asbestos Removalist Labourer

Asbestos Removalist Labourers needed. You will support the daily operations of the Spotswood site through labouring duties removing asbestos products in a safe manner. This is a very physical role. At times you may be required to undertake some heavy lifting, working in confined spaces and at heights. The hours of work are 30 hours a week, between the hours of 6:30am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

You will be joining a team that is very safety focused and dynamic, with potential career advancement and opportunity to travel and work elsewhere in the future. Full training will be provided to the right candidate. About you: • Some Labouring experience • Reliable with a can do attitude • Able to wear a fitted mask for entire work day • Team Player • Physically fit and healthy with no respiratory issues • Able to work at heights and in confined spaces • You can demonstrate your ability to follow instructions • Confident using power tools

Skills/Experience required:

• Training will be provided for those without experience • Certified Medical Clearance to work is advantageous along with reliable transport. • Site Safe certificate preferred, or we can help you obtain this

To apply you must be able to pass drug test. Convictions considered on a case by case basis. Full and Half Face fit test, and you must also be able to pass a lung function (Spirometry) test
