Technical Laboratory Manager

We have an exciting leadership role for an experienced Technical Laboratory Manager at Apata, based at our Katikati site. This role offers you the opportunity to manage a dynamic laboratory, leading our lab and field teams across our Katikati and Te Puke sites. You will have significant technical and operational knowledge from an accredited laboratory or food quality environment and the ability to build a positive team culture with a commitment to excellence. Are you the pick of the crop?
The person who snaps up this role will be an experienced leader who can ensure our lab services deliver high quality standards, reporting and service to their customers. Key areas are focused on lab operations, data analytics, harvest monitoring and team development.
You will be known for:
Your meticulous work which demonstrates your love of being in the data and getting things right. Delivering excellence by implementing, building and standardising processes. Taking the initiative and being proactive looking for solutions to future proof. Your management and leadership of people, creating engaged teams, ensuring that we have the right people to support our field and lab operations.
