As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be the “go-getter” with a talent for finding the perfect fit between candidates and companies. Working closely with candidates to match them to suitable roles, whilst finding companies the talent they need. Alignz Recruitment is a recruitment agency dedicated to deliver high service for our Auckland based clients. We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and ambitious Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. The ideal person will have a passion of working with people and have a natural drive to hit and exceed targets. Key responsibilities: • Proven track record in sales or a strong desire to excel in a sales-oriented role. • Provide candidates with exceptional customer service and ongoing support. • Customer focused person with the ability to deliver top-tier candidates that meet the clients' business requirements. • Collaborate with account managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions; supporting them to service their portfolio’s. • Preparing and posting job advertisements across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to generate new candidates. • Source, screen, and engage suitable candidates for job roles. • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and skills evaluations. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding to job offer. • Networking with the wider community and groups to generate new candidate pipelines. • Schedule candidates for job placements daily. • Ensure all candidates are “work ready” for employment. • Audit compliance in the CRM system. • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our recruitment strategies are cutting-edge. Job Requirements

• Track record of a minimum 1+ years of sales experience in recruitment. • Demonstrate excellent customer service. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Good time management and ability to work under pressure. • Administration and organisational skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • KPI driven in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations. • Solution driven with a “CAN DO” attitude. • Current and valid driver’s licence (Restricted minimum).

Days of work
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (30 hours per week)
Pay Details
$55000 - $ 65000 per annum
