WAIKERIA The Waikeria department of corrections are looking for Corrections Officers to work at their prison based 21km North of Otorohanga and 9km south of Kihikihi.
Probation Corrections Officer are great role models and look for opportunities to engage with people in a positive way. In this role, you have the ability to not only change the lives of whanau but also influence change through your interactions.

Job Requirements
• Must be able to work in New Zealand or a work visa with at least 12 months remaining • A full New Zealand Driver Licence (or eligible on a Restricted) • To declare any conflicts of interest and previous convictions. Exempt from Clean Slate and all conviction history is released • The ability to pass a drug test • Be medically fit for employment and complete a Medical Assessment and Physical Readiness Assessment
