A Wellington CBD employer is looking for an experienced hospitality bar and functions manager to join their team. Duties involve but are not limited to: Weekly rosters Stock and ordering Costings Creating new and exciting menus, Hiring, training & managing staff, handling money, liaising with contractors and suppliers, organizing and managing events marketing, and promotions, able to effectively and confidently deal with customers and clients of all backgrounds, Strong knowledge of cocktails & creating cocktail menus. Job Requirements
To be successful, candidates must have a current and valid LCQ and manager's license. 3+ years’ experience in managing venues. 2+ years’ experience managing events.
- Days of work
- Tuesday - Saturday evenings and afternoons. Varied hours between 2pm until 4am. (40 hours per week)
