Kiwi Fruit Workers - Summer work
About this job
Te Puke based employer is looking for orchard workers for Kiwifruit summer season. Work will commence mid-October. Tasks include, tipping, bud thinning, fruit thinning, summer pruning. Although experience preferred, training will be provided for candidates who are keen to learn. To be successful you will have a reasonable level of fitness as you will be on your feet for long periods and working above head/shoulders height. Average 40 hours per week. Work locations Te Puke, Maketu, Paengaroa. Successful applicants will enjoy working alongside a diverse range of people, be respectful and reliable, have good communication skills, MUST be contactable and have own reliable transport for work, drug free (zero tolerance), convictions considered case by case.
