Kiwi Fruit Workers - Summer work
About this job
Te Puke based employer is looking for orchard workers for Kiwifruit summer season. Work will commence mid-October end mid to late Feb 2024. Tasks include bud thinning, fruit thinning, summer pruning, leader work, male pruning. Full and part time position available. Although experience preferred, training will be provided for candidates who are keen to learn. To be successful you will have a reasonable level of fitness as you will be on your feet for long periods and working above head/shoulders height. Hours: Monday – Saturday 8am – 5pm (weekend work optional). Work location Te Puke. You must be able to work with a diverse range of people, reliable, good communication skills, have own reliable transport, drug free, convictions considered case by case.
