A Hamilton concreting company is on the lookout for a leading hand to join their team. Your responsibilities would be overseeing all activities within the team whilst helping them work towards their goals, deciding how to approach tasks, develop plans and how to accomplish them. You will also be responsible for distributing information to team members and stakeholders as well as keeping track of and structuring various tasks, employees and documents.
