Customer Experience Officer
About this job
A local Otorohanga employer is currently looking for a customer experience officer. This is a fixed term role which ends April 2025 but is a full-time role. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator as you will be working with the front-line team. You will be the smiling face of their front desk engaging with the community through phone calls, emails, and in person to provider information about a wide range of Council services. You will also be responsible for a variety of administrative processes related to local government legislation and policy.
This is a role that requires a positive, solution focused approach and a commitment to delivering the very best customer experience. Job Requirements
You must have great customer service skills, with some admin experience.
