Based in the heart of Raumati Beach, in the vibrant Raumati Village, Boundary Tap & Kitchen we are currently on the look out for a new Head Chef!
We look to give our Food offering an overhaul and seek an experienced chef in this role to lead the changes. You will be supported by an excellent young kitchen team, excited to learn and develop!
We need a great personality with effective communication skills and a service-focused drive to develop and maintain our food offering for the future.
The primary purpose of this new role is to lead the team in kitchen service, in an efficient, profitable and customer-focused manner.
You will be responsible for 7 Days a week operation, food and labour costs , ordering , preparation and service.
You will ensure you are meeting Food Safety requirements with our online tool Food Safe Pro program.
We are a busy venue so your ability to keep cool and calm under pressure and work as a team with both Kitchen and Front of House teams is essential!

Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• At least 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen • Good communication skills • A real interest for Food • High personal standards
