CSRs required for Ministry contact centre! Best suited to individuals who have a passion for helping others, have natural problem-solving abilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Ministry we are looking for individuals who are warm and empathetic, with the ability to listen and understand others. If you are calm, courteous and caring, we want to hear from you! You will experience our comprehensive training which will equip you to confidently work with clients, primarily through inbound calls, and process applications for assistance. We provide a positive and progressive environment, where we support each other to achieve excellent outcomes for our whanau. Our team is renowned for its high quality training - which often leads to CSRs being able to progress quickly into other roles with Ministry. Our two confirmed start dates are;
• Tuesday 24th October 2023 - last day to apply for this intake is Friday 29th September • Monday 4th December 2023 – we also have start dates available in 2024
Call centre experience an advantage or someone with customer service experience. Must pass a MOJ check. Able to multi-task with excellent computer skills. Applications close: 22nd October 2023. No late applications will be accepted. Start Date: 1st November 2023
