To be successful you will have:
• Experience partnering in a strategic way with senior leaders – we will also consider people keen to develop and grow • Strong knowledge and experience of strategic and operational aspects of a range of HRM disciplines, with the ability to apply these in a senior leadership environment • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to facilitate, persuade and influence senior leaders and colleagues • Experience of sourcing/brokering people and culture related services with a proven business impact.
