Loss Prevention Manager
About this job
As a Loss Prevention Manager you look after Health and Safety, compliance and operations as well as continuously delivering customer service. You will be responsible for leading a culture in store that promotes preventing stock losses from all avenues within our store. So what else will you need? A proven history of loss prevention management and/or retail operations Strong communication skills both written and verbally A High level operator who knows about trends and takes corrective action. The ability to work autonomously Great organisational and planning skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to effectively meet deadlines. What does an average day look like? Completing action plans Implementing safe work practices and adhering to Health and Safety standards. Uncovering internal theft, implementing strategies to prevent theft.
