Builders Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyperson to join our Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various maintenance tasks and be capable of handling repairs, installations and general upkeep of structures. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks • Inspect and maintain equipment and machinery • Respond to maintenance and requests from staff and clients • Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs • Ensure safety protocols are following during all maintenance activities • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies • Assist in other general duties, as requested

• Proven experience as a Handyperson or similar role • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to use hand and power tools • Attention to detail • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Reliable transport to commute to work and be on time for requested hours • Physical fitness, for tasks that require lifting or manual labour • Class 1, minimum Restricted • Able to pass MOJ • Vaccination not a requirement
