Payroll Administrator

We’re a small office that provides payroll, HR and all-round administration support to our state of the art blueberry farm based in Hastings. We’re looking for someone who is ready to take on a fresh challenge and take charge of our payroll.

We have an impeccable record of accuracy and are on the lookout for someone to uphold this reputation. We have a unique payroll system consisting of a customised data collection program coupled with MYOB EXO. The right candidate will have proven experience in a payroll environment but also be open and adaptable to learn our systems from scratch.

You’ll be responsible for end to end payroll processing on a weekly basis for a permanent workforce of 120, that fluctuates to over 1,000 during our blueberry season. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work during peak times in Summer. When weekly payroll tasks are completed, you’ll assist with general administration jobs to help keep our office running smoothly.
