We are seeking a compassionate and culturally-aware Pasifika Bail Service Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to individuals who are on bail, ensuring their compliance with bail conditions while fostering personal growth and connections within the Pasifika community. Job Requirements
Must experience with customer service, communication roles and tolerance for others. You must have a full class 1 driver licence, pass a drug test and conviction is considered on a case by case basis. An ideal candidate will have: • Strong understanding of Pasifika cultures and communities. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds. • Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude. • Knowledge of local legal and court processes is a plus.
