This vacancy is for Support Workers to cover the Whakatane & Kawerau region. Our support workers are caring people committed to providing clients with the best possible support, which can include all elements of daily living such as personal care, food preparation, continence care and ensure that medication needs are met. You may also help clients to access the community, undertake shopping for them or help them to take part in hobbies. Our clients come from all walks of life, and are all ages. . The ability to be flexible with hours (early mornings, evenings and alternate weekends) is important in this role. Experience preferred but not essential / training provided. Job Requirements

Previous experience is preferred, although not essential; reliable transport and current full NZ driver's licence; be honest, reliable with integrity, commitment to regular hours; flexibility and good communication skills.

Rostered shifts over 7 day period 7am-7pm (30 hours per week)

$22.70-$28.25 p/h plus travel time allowance
