Pre employment drug test required - swab testing as opposed to urine testing - this can detect up to 4-5 days. Ability to get to work reliably. Case by case with criminal convictions - needs to have a discussion about this. No vaccination required. Team player. Eager to be at work every day. Eager to advance in an organisation that will develop those from within. Reliability is a must. Go-get-it attitude. If you are signed up to the union, you will also be paid an extra $1.50 per hour for donning and doffing.
