HR Advisor

A Henderson based employer is looking to fill a full time position for a Human Resources Advisor to help our HR team. The HR Advisor will help develop and facilitate employment relations and human resources processes, provide HR information, advice and training to team leaders, and maintain human resources data and information so that HR activities and events run professionally and efficiently. The ideal HR Advisor will be well versed in wisely dealing with employment relations inquiries and issues, be comfortable fielding concerns from people with inquiries, our team leaders and our senior managers – and accurately manage the coordination and administration of our data, reporting and transactions. They will be keen to learn about our unusual business environment, have excellent oral and written English, demonstrate good judgement, take the initiative when appropriate and seek guidance when in doubt; and keep records confidentially and methodically. The HR Advisor may choose to be based at our Henderson or Onehunga offices, or both. Some travel will be required between our Auckland offices (Henderson, Onehunga and St Johns) and possibly to our Whangārei and Wellington offices from time to time.
