Team Leader - Production

Local West Auckland Business is looking for a team leader for their production team. Duties will include - lead and supervise production staff to work in an efficient and organized manner and ensure that staff follow all relevant guidelines and procedures. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and order in the production area. Assign daily and weekly tasks including operational checks are completed correctly and on time. Relevant paperwork is completed correctly and on time. Maintain strong relationships with internal stake holders including the warehouse team. Assist with staff training as required. Machine operator experience preferred Team supervision experience preferred Forklift license helpful

Reporting to the production supervisor and production manager this hands-on role is responsible for the day-to-day running of a production team/section including running stations and process personally as required.
