Possess a deep understanding of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art. Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and building relationships with potential clients. Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing client base, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets and revenue goals by effectively promoting our products and services. coffee Experience: Extensive knowledge and experience in coffee-making, including espresso-based beverages, latte art, and basic machine maintaince Cabinet Food Experience: Previous experience in cabinet food items, including preparation, presentation, and compliance with food safety regulations not required but added bonus. Sales and Business Development: Driven in sales and business development, with the ability to cold call, network, and build relationships with potential clients. Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering a memorable experience to every customer. Driver's License: Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a manual vehicle and trailer (added bonus). Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the business.
