Sales and Marketing Assistant

This well-established company, which imports and wholesales specialist production machinery, are seeking a Marketing and Sales Assistant.

The position requires the person to work closely with the Director.

The position incorporates the following responsibilities: * Inventory Control * Quoting Price Book * Filling minor orders * Assisting with quotations * Answering Customer enquiries. * Preparing invoices * Answering phones, etc and some * General Administration The successful application will need to posses the following abilities. Have a strong Technical aptitude, Strong Computer abilities, Well organised, Able to set priorities Self discipline, Good Communicator with Good Command of English, Pro Active Can Do Approach This role will also provide the opportunity for the person to be involved in the day-to-day operation of the company. The role can develop to be involved in promotions such as preparing client newsletters and other promotional materials.
