Fleet and Workshop Supervisor

This is an exciting newly created position for the company due to our workshop being a busy integral part of our operation that provides a high level of service to our fleet. We are seeking a Workshop & Fleet Supervisor to join the team to assist with the day to day running of the workshop. Reporting to the Workshop Manager you will have a ‘can do’ attitude who can build successful working relationships with staff, management, and external suppliers. Key responsibilities include overseeing the workshop operations and supporting other workshop staff while also providing accurate reporting of our fleet and liaising with other departments. You will ensure that programmed maintenance and repairs are scheduled for our vast fleet of Tractors, Sprayers, Trailers, Vans, Machinery etc while providing flexibility for scheduling of urgent repairs.

Experience in a workshop environment and mechanical trades or similar would be ideal as an appreciation of the dynamic nature and tasks as each day can be different. If you are a self-starter, good communicator and organised that enjoys autonomy in your role then this is the position for you. The workshop environment often has multiple projects on the go that must be delivered in a timely manner while upholding Health and Safety compliance. This is a new position for the business and the remuneration package is designed to match the skills, experience, and ability required to attract the right candidates to this role.
