Home Care Support Worker
About this job
Support workers are required to care for a gentleman with severe cerebral palsy. Qualifications in healthcare are not required but you must be able to pass a police check and ideally have a full drivers license.. The role involves personal care, transporting him to appointments and activities in the community, preparing meals, housework, cleaning and some gardening. There will be some lifting involved. There are 3-4 shifts available each week and some possible casual hours are available when other staff are on leave. The rostered shifts are from 8am-4pm (9am on Sundays), 4pm-10pm and from 10pm-8am (9am on Sundays). If this sounds like you APPLY NOW.
