An Ohakune employer is seeking a Visitor Information Manager to join their dedicated and hardworking team. You’ll have a passion for the Ruapehu District and its outdoor recreation opportunities. Tasks include meeting and greeting visitors, provide information and advice while selling activities and services that are on offer, overseeing the day to day tasks and managing a small team. Applicants need to be mature, organised, self-starting problem-solvers with great interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality and a can-do attitude. Looking for good computer and administration skills. Ideal applicants will have a Level 3 or 4 National Certificate in Tourism or Travel or be working towards achieving one. Predominantly an admin-based role, you will be expected to have excel, database and technical skills. Ability to pass a drug test and a police check. If this sounds like you apply today!
