Support Worker
About this job
Do you enjoy supporting people, grow their independence and learn new skills for daily living (getting a job, manage money, cook a meal). This position is based in Gore. Supporting people with daily activities such as shopping, cleaning, showering, administering medication and supporting them to manage their home. Helping people with their interests and hobbies (going to the park or beach, participating in sport, doing arts and crafts. Experience working with intellectual disabilities would be an advantage, training will be provided. Job Requirements
Must have a clean full drivers licence, pass a Police check to the employers satisfaction also pass a Health Pre-employment check 9including hepatitis B and drug screening. Have a flexible attitude and willingness to embrace change.
