If you love customer service as a telephone based role and supporting a varied set of customers, this could be the ideal role for you. •Your role will include (but not be limited to): •Provide customer service phone support to customers •Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently •Provide support to the divisional sales teams •Follow up on customer queries and sales opportunities for our sales teams •Manage the day to day administration requirements of our customers
Job Requirements
•To be successful in this role you will have: •Outstanding verbal and written communications skills •Ability to learn quickly and be IT savy •Able to demonstrate working effectively under pressure whilst keeping a smile in your voice •The ability to use a straightforward and practical approach to handling business issues •An ability to multitask and prioritise your workload •Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar customer service would be desirable.
