Barista/Cafe Retail Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Barista/Cafe Retail Assistant to work with our North City team in Porirua. You will be keen to grow, lead and inspire your own team. Coffee Skills - we are looking for a candidate who has a great understanding of all thing’s espresso & coffee. You will be able to delivery fast consistent drinks to our customers, have a passion for latte art and be keen and able to share your knowledge with your own team. Customer Service - our ideal candidate will be friendly & open, who shares our passion to engage with and wow our customers on a daily basis. You will decisive and empathetic and on a mission to share your passion with your team.

1-3 years related Barista work experience required or NZQA approved Diploma in Business / Hospitality Management or equivalent.
