SHIRLEY: Our employer is seeking an energetic and hardworking Café Supervisor to join our wonderful hotel team. Duties include but are not limited to: • Providing warm friendly customer service. • Managing day to day Café Operations. • Managing and upskilling Café team members to ensure everyone is reaching their full potential. • Driving sales with new and creative ideas. • Working with Café chefs to launch new menu items
Hours and days are: • Hours: To be discussed with the successful applicant, but this will include working public holidays and weekends. • Contract: 30-hour contract but possibly more in the summer high season • working on a rotating roster over 7 days
Wage: Pay rate is $26.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience.
You must have the below prerequisites to be considered for this role:
• You will need have at least 6 to 12 months experience in this field, to be considered for this role. • You must be able to work public holidays and weekends • You must be able to pass a police check, as part of the employment process. • You must be a New Zealand citizen, or hold New Zealand Permanent Residency, to apply for this role.
