Community Caregiver

Community Support Workers needed to work with Youth, Development & Adults Team based in Kamo. Do you have a passion for enabling others to lead good lives and flexibility in the hours you can work?

The support that you will be required to provide will vary and some of the work will be physical. Experience providing 1-1 support in the community and a Health Care Assistant Qualification are preferred but NOT essentials. Experience working alongside children and youth would be an advantage for our Respite Service.

The hours of work will be varied depending on the client needs and you will receive transport cost reimbursement for using your own vehicle or use of company vehicle pool cars for work purposes. 1- have at least a Restricted driver licence. 2- Ideally have own reliable transport to get the place of work. 3- be fit and healthy for some heavy lifting and physical tasks. 4- Be willing to undertake formal training in Health Care Assistant Qualifications. 5- have NO criminal convictions to pass the Police Vetting check. 6- part time and full time hours available and can be discussed at Interview. 7.
