ROSEDALE/ALBANY employer is growing a Private Training Establishment, specializing in Health and Safety Training for industry. We take pride in providing the highest quality training to our students with both classroom and practical training provided at our training facility. We are looking for a self-motivated CUSTOMER SERVICE GURU with a sales focus. You will be required to take ownership for providing friendly “front of house” customer service to assist in maintaining our goal of 100% happy customers. Specifically, your duties will include: • Managing and responding to client enquiries via phone and email • Drive bookings • Manage cancellations and change of bookings via phone and email • Work with the team to ensure all customer enquiries are accurately processed and actioned as quickly as possible • General administrative duties This is a great opportunity for someone to join an AMAZING and driven team.
