About this job
• Customer service – being a customer service superstar with a nothing’s a problem attitude, friendly and responsive to customer needs • Scanning and packing groceries efficiently • Stocking shelves/facing up; helping the Grocery team when Checkout is quiet • Cleaning of checkout areas • Please note: Our busiest times are long weekends/public holidays, and summer holidays
• Have a passion for giving excellent customer service and going the extra mile for our customers • Be able to work well in a team, but also be able to complete tasks unassisted in the required timeframe • Must be able to show initiative and be honest and reliable • Must have a positive approach to their day and have a ‘can-do’ attitude • Have great presentation skills and attention to detail • Cash handling experience is an added bonus • You must also be physically fit as it involves being on your feet all day. • A liquor duty manager certificate is preferable, however we could help the right applicant obtain this certificate
