Support Worker

This role is not your typical desk job. It will allow you to be able to make a difference in other people's lives by empowering them to achieve their day-to-day goals and participate in daily activities. Full time positions, 65+ hours per fortnight Flexibility for rostered shifts required - includes day, evening, sleepover and weekend shifts A standard day may include showering, administering medication, and dealing with challenging behaviour, but the rewards are amazing. Every day is different, and you need to have a flexible approach with the right attitude. The position will be based at the Area Office reporting to the relevant Service Manager. Pay $22.70 - $28.25

To be considered for this role:

- Have the flexibility to work across a rotating fortnightly roster, including weekends and sleepovers. - Full Driver License or be willing to work towards obtaining this within 3 months. - Pass a full New Zealand police clearance (Vulnerable Children's Act 2014). - Training available : Level 2-5 Health and Well Being - Experience Required Entry Level (6 months - 2 years) - CV & References
