A Meat processor company, known for its focus on supplying the highest quality beef, lamb, pork and goat to the New Zealand market and to selected export customers, is looking for a Knife Hand. A Knife Hand to work in Mt Wellington. Duties includes: Meat process work, Cutting, Trimming, Boning, Slicing, moving carcasses, handling raw animal organs and meat, and working in wet, cold, and hot conditions. Job Requirements
The successful candidate must be: • Physically fit and able to carry / heavy lift • Has Knife experience • Own reliable transport • Good communication skills and ‘can do’ attitude • Punctual and reliable • Able to pass pre-employment drug test and alcohol test
