An employer is seeking an Office Admin Reliever to support their two Accounting Practices located in Milford and Onehunga. As an Office Admin Reliever, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours based on the needs of their offices, totaling 30 hours per week. You will be informed of your assignment location with a notice of 12 hours. Responsibilities: • Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations • Maintain a paperless office environment • Provide support to both Accounting Practices in Milford and Onehunga offices as required • Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate individuals • Manage and organize electronic files, documents, and databases • Utilize Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email communication, and calendar management • Demonstrate entry-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams.

Job Requirements

Requirements: • Own reliable transport • Enthusiasm for working in a paperless office environment • Computer savvy with a willingness to learn new software and systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is essential • Entry-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams is highly desired • Strong communication skills and a professional phone etiquette • Polite, professional, and approachable demeanor • Ability to adapt to changing work locations and schedules • Can pass a police check • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Vaccination is required
