You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, delivering exceptional service, and building strong relationships with 80 -100 customers daily. Your primary duties include receiving inbound calls from customers, assisting with their banking needs and building positive relationships. Job Requirements
To be considered: you must have a work history within the last 6 months and pass pre-employment checks for Credit and MOJ. Prior customer service experience, ideally in retail, hospitality or a call centre • natural desire to deliver exceptional service, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people • excellent phone manner and empathetic nature • desire to learn in a dynamic environment and willingness to grow • resilient and able to remain positive under pressure.
