We are searching for a person with team leading experience who can hit the ground running!
This role is responsible for providing leadership, coaching, operational support and any necessary management of the Telecare Monitoring Representative team.
Ensure a consistent, responsive and high-quality service to all our St John Alarm customers.
This role includes recruiting, induction / training, and supervision of staff.
Great role for people with ambition, willingness to develop professionally, are self-motivated and strong team players.

• Call centre experience in a medium-large NGO or service organisation, • Effective people management experience including the ability and commitment to monitor and support the achievement of team and individual performance objectives to achieve team priorities; • Demonstrated experience and achievements in the supervision of relationship and service provision; High level of initiative and motivation; drive to a lead a team to success; • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to write for and engage a diverse audience; • Applicable computer skills. Experience working with CRM systems, intermediate level Microsoft office (or similar) • High level of initiative and motivation; drive to help lead a team to success
