Property Manager

If property management is your passion and you have a desire to be part of a fun team and work for a rental property management business that prides themselves on honesty, integrity and providing a personalised service to both their property owners and tenants, then this may be the opportunity for you. The appointee will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities from advising and assisting Property Investors to ensure their rental properties are rented in a timely manner to appropriate tenants, prepare tenancy agreements, undertake regular inspections and prepare reports, manage entry and exit of tenants, complete bond documentation, update databases and effectively advertise and market properties. Property Management experience is an advantage but not essential. To be successful in this role, you will be professional, have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), be a confident negotiator, have a high attention for detail, a problem solver, have honesty and integrity, be computer literate and tech savvy and have a Full Driver licence. Monday to Friday with times to be discussed.
