We are an apartment style hotel who like to offer guests the best of both worlds - fully serviced apartments blended with at home convenience and high class service. We are looking for someone who puts our guests at the centre of everything they do and constantly exceed expectations. Previous all round customer service experience is preferred, ideally in Front Office positions. Skills include: - Organisation - Proven ability to cope under pressure, prioritising and multi-tasking. - Experience using a PMS (property management system. _ Be IT and Technology savvy. - As an ambassador for the hotel, you will have a natural ability to sell and maximise hotel revenue at every opportunity.
